You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
6. Content You Submit
By uploading or submitting any content (including electronic signatures, documents, or messages) through the Platform, you grant Operra a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process that content solely to provide the services described herein. You retain all ownership rights in your content.
7. Electronic Signatures

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Operra and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the greater of $100 USD or the amounts you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Operra and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Platform or your violation of these Terms.
