Answers to the most common questions about using your OperraBooking client portal.
How do I get access to OperraBooking?
Access is by invitation only. Your event business will send you an invitation link from their Operra account. Check your email for a message from your event planner and click the link to get started.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Go to the Login page and click 'Forgot password?' Enter your email address and we'll send you a reset link. Check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.
I work with multiple businesses. How do I switch between them?
After logging in you'll land on your dashboard, which shows all the business workspaces you have access to. Click 'Enter Workspace' on any card to open that business's portal.
How do I request an availability date?
Open the portal for your event business and go to the Availability tab. Select an available date on the calendar, fill in the request form, and submit. Your planner will be notified and will follow up with you.
Where are my documents and contracts?
Documents shared by your event business are in the Documents tab of your portal. Contracts that require your signature appear in the Contracts tab. Both are scoped to your specific business workspace.
My invitation link isn't working. What should I do?
Invitation links expire after a set period for security. If yours has expired or isn't working, contact your event planner directly and ask them to resend a fresh invitation from their Operra account.
